Most orders will be shipped via US Postal Service from Asheville, NC 28801. Orders will be processed in our facility and should leave our shipping dock within 5 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Your credit card is charged when your order ships.

Out of Stock Items
There are instances where items may be out of stock. When this happens, you will be contacted by e-mail as soon as we find the shortage. Your order will then be placed on "HOLD" and will then ship upon the arrival of the missing items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish your order to be shipped without the out of stock items.
